Classic Daiquiri cocktails are served strained with no ice, but frozen classic flavor and strawberry flavor have become very popular over the years.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri:
Makes two Add 2 cups of frozen strawberries or 10 large frozen strawberries and 1 cup ice and place with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup into a blender. Blend until very smooth and pour over into 2 glasses. Garnish with lime or strawberry slilce. Frozen Peach Daiquiri: Add 1/2 cup of frozen sliced peaches and 1 cup ice with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with lime.
