Gin and Tonic
My sister-in-law, Jane Ricker, and I went through yet another phase of drinking gin and tonics years ago.  I never quite liked them, but I did feel very sophisticated!

Makes 1 cocktail.
Ingredients
ice
2 ounces gin
4 ounces tonic water
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 lime slice for garnish
Steps
  1. Place ice cubes in a glass.
  2. Pour gin over ice, then add the tonic water and the lime juice.
  3. Give it a stir and garnish with a lime slice.
