Old Fashioned
The Old Fashioned Cocktail has been around for over 200 years, since the early 1800s!  It's definitely a classic.

Makes 2 cocktails.
Ingredients
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons water
4 dashes bitters
2 cups ice
6 ounces bourbon whiskey
orange slices and cherries for garnish
Steps
  1. Put the sugar, water, and bitters in a cocktail glass and stir together.
  2. Add a handful of ice and pour in the bourbon whiskey..
  3. Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
