Almond Colada

contains alcohol / gluten free / vegan
Yum!!  A refreshing version of the Pina Colada
​Serves two.​
Ingredients
2 ounces Amaretto
2 ounces Coco Lopez
8 ounces (1 cup) pineapple juice
pineapple slice and cherry (for garnish)
Steps
  1. Blend Amaretto, pineapple juice, Coco Lopez, and ice.
  2. (If desired, add 1 scoop of ice cream.)     
  3. In a small dish, stir together 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.  Wet rim of glass in a little pineapple juice and dip rim in mixture.
  4. Pour, straining out ice chips with blender top.     
  5. Garnish with pineapple slice.
