Steps
- Cook spaghetti in boiling water and drain well.
- Saute' mushrooms in butter, blend in flour. Add broth, half & half, and cook until it thickens.
- Stir in sherry, cheese, and chicken.
- Place cooked spaghetti in bottom of casserole pan. Pour the creamed chicken mixture over the spaghetti.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and almonds.
- Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes.
