Cilantro Lime Rice

An VERY easy side dish with fish, fajitas, chicken, and veggies!​

Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati rice, warm
1 & 1/2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
1/2 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil or butter
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. Cook rice.  Remove from heat; let cool about 5 or 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in all other ingredients.  Done!​
