Ingredients
1 quart skim milk
1 large lemon
strainer
cheesecloth
small pots colored acrylic paint
Steps
  1. Juice the lemon into a large old bowl.  Pour in the milk and set on the counter and leave for at least 8 hours.  (You want it to slightly curdle.)
  2. Take your strainer and line it with the cheesecloth.  Strain the milk and lemon mixture through it.
  3. Choose the acrylic paint color you want and add to the liquid mixture one drop at a time, stirring until you achieve the desired color.
  4. Use the paint fairly quickly, as it will spoil  Yes, it smells sour now, but when it dries, the smell goes away.
