1 quart skim milk
1 large lemon

small pots colored acrylic paint

Steps
- Juice the lemon into a large old bowl. Pour in the milk and set on the counter and leave for at least 8 hours. (You want it to slightly curdle.)
- Take your strainer and line it with the cheesecloth. Strain the milk and lemon mixture through it.
- Choose the acrylic paint color you want and add to the liquid mixture one drop at a time, stirring until you achieve the desired color.
- Use the paint fairly quickly, as it will spoil Yes, it smells sour now, but when it dries, the smell goes away.
