Pan De Jamon

Given to me by two of my students from Venezuela.  It's fantastic to make for parties and brunches.  It's a traditional bread in Venezuela.
Ingredients
1 cup raisins
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 cup chopped, pitted olives
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
​1 and 1/2 cup chopped ham
Steps
  1. Defrost bread dough.  Roll dough out with rolling pin on a floured surface.
  2. Scatter part of ham, olives, and raisins over the end of the dough and roll up a little.  Continue scattering ingredients and rolling until entire bread is shaped into a roll.
  3. Pinch ends together slightly.  Brush entire loaf with egg yolk.
  4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes (follow package instructions) until lightly brown.
