Notes:  ​​You can put just about anything in a smoothie, green drink, breakfast smoothie - whatever your heart desires to call it.  
I call it - all my vitamins in one swoop!
​You need a blender or one of the fancy Vita-Mix type things.
Just experiment with ingredients until you find the combo and thickness you love!
