Ingredients - Makes about 24.
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup oats - old-fashioned, not pre-cooked or quick
3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Steps
1. Stir together peanut butter, honey, and almond extract.
2. Next, stir in oats, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and sliced almonds.
3. Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours, then roll into 1-inch balls.
4. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
