Blueberry Lemonade Freeze

A creamy frozen lemony delight with blueberries!​

Makes 2-3  servings.
Ingredients
1 pint of lemon sorbet or lemon sherbet
2 cups of cold lemonade (homemade or store bought)
1 cup of frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
mint leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for garnish
Steps
  1. Remove sorbet or sherbet from freezer and let sit out for about 5 minutes.
  2. Put sorbet, lemonade, and frozen blueberries into the blender and blend until just smooth (20 -25 seconds).  Don't blend too long or it will all melt.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves and lemon.
