Makes 2 cups.

1 cup, strong brewed coffee
1 cup milk or half and half
2 Tablespoons caramel syrup or dulce de leche (reserve some for topping)
whipped cream
dash of cinnamon

Steps
- Brew coffee.
- Pour milk into a small saucepan on the stove and heat it until hot, but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in caramel syrup. Using a fork or a whisk, stir the mixture a bit.
- Pour 2 cups of brewed coffee into mugs or cups. Top with milk mixture.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of each cup and drizzle with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
