Charlie's GRILLED Spare Ribs

Yummy pork spare ribs - recipe from my big brother, Charles Ricker!  Serves 2.
Ingredients
​2 to 2 and 1/2 pounds pork spare ribs
bottle of Italian Salad Dressing (Charlie uses Wishbone.)
Steps
  1. Marinate country -style ribs in Italian Salad Dressing overnight.​
  2. Grill over coals as high from fire as possible for at least 20 minutes. 
  3. Check after 20 minutes (cut near a bone).  If not done, grill another 10 to 20 minutes.
