Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp apple juice
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Steps
- Soak sesame seeds in apple juice for about an hour at room temperature.
- In food processor, with blender, with mixer, or with your hands - mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mustard, Tabasco, and sesame seed mixture until well mixed.
- Divide the mixture in half and make into an apple or round ball-shape with your hands.
- Sprinkle the balls with paprika. Then put half a cinnamon stick and two of the leaves in the top of each to make them look like an apple.
- Refrigerate until firm, preferably overnight.
