Gloria Ford's Cheese Biscuits
Gloria Ford was my friends' mom.  These are the wonderful appetizers she used to make!

Ingredients
​1 jar Old English cheese
3/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter (softened)
Steps
  1. Blend with mixer.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls.  Let sit in refrigerator until cold.
  3. Bake in 500 degree oven until slightly brown.
  4. Serve immediately while hot.
  5. Can be made, frozen, and cooked at a later time, thawing slightly.
