Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
It's a cookie, nope - it's a pie! Serve with ice cream for a delicious dessert.
Ingredients
1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (6 ounce) bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
vanilla ice cream for serving

Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Add flour and the sugars; beat until well blended.
- Blend in butter; stir in vanilla, chips, and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes in preheated 325° F oven or until it's set. Press with your finger, it should be sort of firm.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
