Clark Gable Crab Dip
I love this dip. It brings back so many Christmas memories. Jane Ricker and Lynne Young used to make this every Christmas for their dad's (Hubert Grant) yearly Christmas fling and for other very special occasions.. I have memories of going to Hubert's home in the crisp, cold night air with Mother and Daddy. We'd go inside and it would be warm with crowds of people and cheer. The Clark Gable Crab dip just added more warmth! We ate it on crackers, party bread, or French baguettes. Why Clark Gable? Not a clue! I've done some research, but still I have no idea where the recipe got its name.
