Jane, my sister-in-law, always made this for her dad's Christmas parties, showers, and other very special occasions. It's delicious on crackers, party bread, or simply by itself! I have no idea where the recipe got its name.
1 stick butter
3 tbsp flour 1 stalk celery 1 bunch green onion tops 8 ounces Velveeta cheese 1 pound crab claw meat ( Pick through it for shell bits!)
