3 & 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup pecans, chopped small
1 tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven to 325° F.
- Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or grease with butter or coconut oil.
- Stir together all ingredients in a bowl . Spread evenly into the baking dish.
- Bake at 325° F for 25 minutes or until coconut is golden brown with crispy edges.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
