Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
2 and 1/2 cups of chicken broth, room temperature or chilled
juice of two fresh lemons or limes
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco or other hot sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons rum or vodka (optional)
cilantro for garnish
Steps

Steps
- In a blender or food processor, purée the avocados with a about 1 cup of the broth, until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve cold in small bowls or shot glasses!
