Creamy Lemonade

no alcohol / gluten free

Makes a pitcher of 4 drinks.
Ingredients
2 large lemons
2 cups water 
1/3 cup sugar (Taste test to add more.) 
1/2 cup cream
 lemon slices for garnish
Steps
  1. Slice the lemons into quarters and put into the blender - peel and all!
  2. Put the water and sugar into the blender and blend all until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture into a small pitcher, gently pushing on solids with the back of a spoon.  Compost all the solids.
  4. Wash out the blender and pour pitcher contents back into it.
  5. Add the cream and blend to combine; let it get creamy!
  6. Serve in tall glasses over ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
