- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over each pork chop.
- Heat olive oil in skillet or heavy bottom Dutch oven.
- Place pork chops in heated oil and cook a minute or so on each side, until golden. Repeat flipping the pork chops over every minute or so. You want them to be a dark golden brown. This will take about 10 minutes. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer for 135 degrees or juices run clear.
- Turn off heat and remove pork chops to a plate. Don't pour out the juices.
- Add the garlic and butter to the pan juices until butter is melted. Put pork chops back into the pan, flip once after 15 seconds, then remove to a clean plate. Pour pan juices over the chops and serve!
