Steps
  1. Use a non-stick cooking spray to coat the inside of your crock pot.
  2. Place the ham flat side down into the crock pot.
  3. In a bowl, stir together the juice, syrup, and mustard.  Pour over ham, then using clean hands, use the brown sugar as a rub - rub it into the ham with clean hands.
  4. (Optional) Put some pineapple rings or slices and a few rosemary sprigs in the crock pot.
  5. Turn crock pot to LOW setting and cover for 3 to 4 hours.  Once every hour, take a spoon and spoon some of the liquid over the ham.
  6. Serve slices with some of the crock pot sauce. Remove slices and serve with your favorite roasted vegetable and some of the crockpot sauce.
  7. **If your ham is too large for your crock pot, tent with aluminum foil.  Again, make sure to spoon some of the liquid over the ham every hour.
