- Use a non-stick cooking spray to coat the inside of your crock pot.
- Place the ham flat side down into the crock pot.
- In a bowl, stir together the juice, syrup, and mustard. Pour over ham, then using clean hands, use the brown sugar as a rub - rub it into the ham with clean hands.
- (Optional) Put some pineapple rings or slices and a few rosemary sprigs in the crock pot.
- Turn crock pot to LOW setting and cover for 3 to 4 hours. Once every hour, take a spoon and spoon some of the liquid over the ham.
- Serve slices with some of the crock pot sauce. Remove slices and serve with your favorite roasted vegetable and some of the crockpot sauce.
- **If your ham is too large for your crock pot, tent with aluminum foil. Again, make sure to spoon some of the liquid over the ham every hour.
