Steps
- Dredge (coat) cut-up fryer chicken in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Fry lightly, turning several times as you are cooking. It stays soft if you keep turning it this way. If you want it to be more crisp, just turn it one time.
- Cook until completely golden brown.
