Flourless Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder

  1. Place the butter and chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth. Remove from microwave.  OR Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continually until melted and smooth.  Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon.  Let cool a little bit.
  3. Whisk in the sugar and then the eggs one at a time until batter is smooth. Stir in chopped nuts or seeds.
  4. Add the cocoa powder and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely in pan before cutting.

Flourless Fudge Brownies

​Brownies de chocolate sin harina

Ingredientes
225 gramos de manteca
170 gramos de chispas de chocolate (semidulce o negro)
100 gramos de azúcar granulada
3 huevos grandes
20 gramos de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
¼ cucharadita de canela
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla

Instrucciones
  1. Precalentar el horno a 170 °C. Engrasar ligeramente un molde o fuente para horno cuadrado de 24 cm con spray antiadherente o manteca.
  2. Colocar la manteca y las chispas de chocolate en un recipiente grande apto para microondas. Calentar en el microondas durante unos 2 minutos, removiendo cada 30 segundos, hasta que las chispas de chocolate se derritan y queden suaves. Retirar del microondas.​  O, bien, derretir la manteca y las chispas de chocolate en una cacerola a fuego lento, removiendo continuamente hasta que se derritan y queden suaves. Retirar del fuego.
  3. Añadir el extracto de vainilla y la canela. Dejar enfriar un poco.
  4. Incorporar el azúcar y luego los huevos, uno a uno, batiendo hasta obtener una masa suave.
  5. Añadir las nueces o semillas picadas. Añadir el cacao en polvo y remover hasta que esté bien integrado.
  6. Distribuir la masa uniformemente en el molde preparado. Hornear durante 25-30 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, este salga limpio.
  7. Dejar enfriar completamente en el molde antes de cortar.
