Fudge in a Bag

This will be a bit soft, but it's fun for kids on a cold, rainy day!      
When children (and even teens) are helping in the kitchen, always use safety first as your motto!
​Supervise carefully and pay attention to details.   Remember - YOU are the responsible one.

Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese

3 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup cocoa  (Make sure it's gluten-free, if you desire.)
2 tbsp butter
2  gallon-sized Ziplock bags
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in one the bags.  Seal tightly.
  2. Place ingredient bag inside the second bag.  (This helps to prevent leaking.)  Seal outer bag tightly.
  3. Use hands to knead and mix all the ingredients until they are a consistent color and texture.
  4.  Flatten out the bag.  
  5. Remove the fudge and cut into squares.
  6. Yum!
