3 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup cocoa (Make sure it's gluten-free, if you desire.)
2 tbsp butter
2 gallon-sized Ziplock bags

- Place all ingredients in one the bags. Seal tightly.
- Place ingredient bag inside the second bag. (This helps to prevent leaking.) Seal outer bag tightly.
- Use hands to knead and mix all the ingredients until they are a consistent color and texture.
- Flatten out the bag.
- Remove the fudge and cut into squares.
- Yum!
