Ingredients - Yield: 6 to 8 servings
2 cups grits, uncooked (not instant grits)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps
- Cook grits per package directions.
- Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and paprika.
- Pour into buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
