Garlic 'n Cheese Grits

A tradition with the Grant, Young, and Ricker families at holidays.
IngredientsYield: 6 to 8 servings
2 cups grits, uncooked (not instant grits)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Steps
  1. Cook grits per package directions. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and paprika. 
  3.  Pour into buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
