German Linser Rolls (Cookies)
This is a recipe from my husband's mom, Irene.
Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
11 tbsp butter (Yes, that's not a typo!)
2 cups all-purpose flour

Steps
- Mix all ingredients together.
- On a floured work surface, roll dough into a cookie roll.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° F until light golden brown.
