Ingredients
​3 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
11 tbsp butter (Yes, that's not a typo!)
2 cups all-purpose flour
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. On a floured work surface, roll dough into a cookie roll.
  3. Refrigerate until firm.
  4. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.  Place on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until light golden brown.
