German Linser Rolls (Cookies)
This is a recipe from my husband's mom, Irene.
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
11 tbsp butter (
Yes, that's not a typo!)
2 cups all-purpose flour

Cookies, Brownies, and Bars
Mix all ingredients together.
On a floured work surface, roll dough into a cookie roll.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees until light golden brown.
