You can serve this over rice or on warm flour tortillas with some red cabbage.
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped fine 1/4 cup orange juice 2 shallots, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced 1 tsp Pick-A-Peppa Sauce or other hot sauce (optional) See below... 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce salt & pepper to taste 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined |
- Put everything except the shrimp in a small saucepan and heat it up a little.
- Put the shrimp into a 9x13-inch pyrex baking dish. Pour the heated sauce over the shrimp and bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Stir once during the cooking.
- Serve over rice or drain liquid and serve with a flour tortilla as a taco!
