Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice flour
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup plain gluten-free flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla 
1 & 1/4 cups sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. 
  2. Grease a 8" square baking dish or a 9x11" baking dish.  Dust with cocoa.
  3. Sift flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, and salt into a large bowl. 
  4. Add sugar to the bowl and stir.  
  5. Add eggs and stir with a spoon or spatula until combined.
  6. Stir in melted coconut oil and softened butter until blended.
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Spread the batter into your prepared pan. 
  9. Bake about 25 minutes or longer, until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
