Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream (NOT half & half)
clean glass jar with lid
3 tbsp buttermilk OR 3 tbsp milk plus 1 & 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Steps
1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream (NOT half & half)
clean glass jar with lid
3 tbsp buttermilk OR 3 tbsp milk plus 1 & 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Steps
- Put everything in the jar, put the lid on and shake.
- Let sit for 24 hours at room temperature.
- Chill for 4 to 5 hours in refrigerator to thicken.
- Use within 2 to 3 days. Delicious!
