Kathleen's Sausage Balls
Old-fashioned favorite from two Kathleens in my life:  Pickett and Maus

1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
1 small box Bisquick
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
  1. Melt cheese.
  2. Mix sausage and Bisquick together with hands, then stir in melted cheese.   
  3. Roll into small balls.   Bake at 350° at least 15 minutes.
  4. May be frozen in balls ahead of time and thawed before cooking.
