Key Lime Pie
- Stir together, crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in bowl. Press into the bottom and sides of a deep dish pie pan or 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- In mixing bowl at low speed, mix together milk, egg yolks, and lime juice for 2 to 3 minutes until blended and a bit thick.
- Pour into pie crust and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until pressing the surface lightly with your finger leaves a mark.
- When done, refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or garnish of lime.
