Korean Banana Milk

no alcohol / gluten free
Korean Banana Milk has been extremely popular in Korea, since the 1980s.  It's even sold at gas stations and convenience stores!  When it first appeared, it was only banana-flavored and didn't really contain bananas. This version is the homemade with bananas.

Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
2 large bananas
1 tablespoon sugar ( You may want to taste test, to adjust sugar.  I don't add any.)
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups milk  (You can use a non-dairy milk, like almond milk, if you like.)
dash cinnamon
Steps
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  (I usually leave out the  sugar, if the bananas are ripe.)
  2. Pour into glasses and serve while cold!
