Lemon Caper Sauce

This adds a special touch to broccoli.  You can use it for mashed potatoes too!

Ingredients - Makes 1/2 cup
3 tbsp capers

6 tbsp butter
2 tsp good mustard, like Dijon  (No French's, please.)
juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
Steps
  1. Stir together butter, mustard, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a saucepan over low heat.  Whisk together when melted.
  2. Stir in capers, remove from heat and use with steamed or sautéed broccoli or mashed potatoes.
