- Stir together butter, mustard, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk together when melted.
- Stir in capers, remove from heat and use with steamed or sautéed broccoli or mashed potatoes.
This adds a special touch to broccoli. You can use it for mashed potatoes too! |
