Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp cornmeal
1/4 cups melted butter
1/4 cups lemon juice
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cups milk
2 tbsp lemon rind
1 unbaked pie shell

Steps
- Combine sugar, cornmeal, flour, and salt; mix well.
- Add butter and milk; mix well.
- Add lemon juice, rind, and eggs; beat well.
- Bake at 350° F until slightly firm in center.
