Ingredients - 3/4 cup
4 bunches of fresh cilantro
1 large or 2 small limes, juiced
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup picante sauce / Mexican salsa
salt & pepper to taste

Steps
- Cut off bottom stems of cilantro and toss out.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate if you are going to use it soon. If not, freeze it in ice cube trays, then transfer to zip lock bags and keep for us in the freezer.
- Spread on bread, add to pasta, or add to tomato sauce.
