Mini Pastry Shells
You can fill these with sweet fillings or savory!
I use miniature muffin pans for these, but you can use regular ones.
Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour

Before baking - fill shells with fillings to be baked, such a pie filling, quiche filling, etc. Then:

Steps
- Combine cream cheese and butter in a small bowl; stir until smooth.
- Add flour, mixing well.
- Chill dough about 1 hour; roll into 24 (1-inch) balls.
- Place in well-greased miniature muffin tins, shaping each into a shell.
- Bake in 325° F oven for 10 -15 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Don't over bake!
- Let cool then remove from muffin tins with a knife.
- Fill with sweet or savory fillings.
