Ingredients
1 & 1/2 oz Frangelica liqueur
2 oz half & half
1/2 oz  dark creme de cacao  liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
grated nutmeg
Steps

1. Place liquors, cream, and small amount of finely crushed ice in blender container.
2. Blend together for a few seconds.
3. Then add ice cream and blend until just mixed.
4. Pour into glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
