A Cajun favorite for seafood and more!
Ingredients - Makes 1 & 1/2 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon, juiced - freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons capers, chopped just a bit
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons onion, minced or chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Steps

- Stir together: all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cover and let sit for an hour, then use or store in refrigerator.
