Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Such a simple side dish - easy and healthy too.

Ingredients
5 to 6 cups cauliflower chopped into florets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Place chopped cauliflower onto a large cookie sheet or a roasting pan.  
  2. Pour on olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic, and lemon.  Toss and stir to mix.
  3. Roast in preheated 450° F oven for 15 minutes; stir every 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and place in serving dish.   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
