**If you don't have a food processor, don't despair. We moved and I still haven't found the box with mine. I used a blender - a little more work, as you have to keep pushing the mixture down into the blender, but it worked out just fine. Some people prefer the smoothness that a blender gives the pesto, as opposed to the more gritty texture of using a food processor.
- Add parsley, garlic, walnuts, orange zest and juice to your blender or food processor.
- Pulse or blend until mixed a bit. Drizzle olive oil into the blender or processor while mixing. Stop every now and then to mix around with your spatula.
- Process until you like the texture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
