Pat's Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients - Serves 4
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
2 teaspoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps
- Mix bread crumbs, butter, and seasonings. Add 1/4 tsp of salt, if the bread crumbs aren't salty.
- Remove skin from chicken. Dip the chicken into the mil; then roll into bread crumb mixture.
- Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes in a 350° F oven.
