Pat's Oven "Fried" Potatoes
My sister-in-law, Pat, made these the first time I had them. They have been a staple at our house ever since! Great made with sweet potatoes, as well. So easy!

Servings: 2 - Let's just face the truth - It only feeds one...according to me.
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
1 baking potato
salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Steps
- Mix together oil and water in a bowl. Slice potatoes (skin on) as for French fries or like potato chips (but thicker). Drop slices in oil and water mixture.
- Place potatoes on greased cookie sheet and season.
- Bake 1/2 hour at 425° F.
