Pat's Oven "Fried" Potatoes

My sister-in-law, Pat, made these the first time I had them.  They have been a staple at our house ever since!  Great made with sweet potatoes, as well.  So easy!

Servings: 2 - Let's just face the truth - It only feeds one...according to me.
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
1 baking potato
salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Steps
  1. Mix together oil and water in a bowl. Slice potatoes (skin on) as for French fries or like potato chips (but thicker). Drop slices in oil and water mixture.
  2. Place potatoes on greased cookie sheet and season.
  3. Bake 1/2 hour at 425° F.
