This has been Pat's hit since she joined the family. We always used to have to call each other for this recipe during the holidays. It's wonderful for taking to parties and holiday gatherings.
Pat Ricker, my sis-in-law, came into our family with some wonderful recipes. This Party Cheese Ball cemented her way into our hearts. Mama and I were both cheese lovers and Pat must have sensed this. Pat made this for the very first holiday she spent with the family. Oh my! We fell in love with both her and her cheesy appetizer!
