Salmon with Herbs

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 lbs salmon filets
1/2 red pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
Steps
  1. Mix all the herbs and seasonings in a bowl with the lemon juice, chopped pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Put the salmon in a greased baking dish and spread it with the seasoning mixture.   Dot with butter.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350° F or until salmon flakes with a fork.
